- 3 red onions finely chopped
- Finely chop 2 green chillies

- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Instructions for preparing Chinese dosa
- Cut all sizes into small pieces.
- Heat oil in skillet, add chopped onions, green peppers and garlic, sauté until onions turn golden brown.
- Add carrots and pepper, cook until slightly soft.
- Now add all the sauce, salt and pepper, mix briefly over low heat.
- Add the dosa pieces, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes with the lid closed.
- Now decorate with coriander leaves and the Chinese dosa is ready to serve with coconut chutney/pudina or sambar or tomato sauce.
