  1. 3/4 cup Semolina/suji
  2. 3/4 cup Curd
  3. 2 Potatoes, boiled mashed
  4. 1/2 small bowl Green peas
  5. 1 Onion, finely chopped
  6. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 Carrot, finely chopped
  8. 1 Capsicum, finely chopped
  9. 1 small bowl Coriander leaves
  10. 1/2 Lemon
  11. 5 Green chillies
  12. 1 tsp Seaseme seeds
  13. 1 tsp Whole coriander seeds
  14. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  15. 1/2tsp Garam masala powder
  16. 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  17. 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  18. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  19. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  20. 1/2 tsp Black Mustard seeds
  21. 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  22. 1 eno packet
  23. As per taste Salt

Instructions to make to make Sugi/ Samolina ke Burger

  1. Take blender jar add half part of coriander leaves, 3/4 green chillies, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, curd and make paste. Then add Semolina and mix well. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. For aloo tikki take a pan add oil, asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds, fennel seeds and roast the onion and roast it. Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, whole spices. Now add boiled mashed potatoes, peas and mix well. Add salt, lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves. Stuffing for tikki is ready.
  3. Make Tikki from the stuffing.
  4. Now add vegetables like carrot, capsicum in the paste mix well. Take a small bowl for making burger. Grease with oil when we start to fill bowl at that time add eno packet to the paste and immediately fill 1/2 bowl with the paste. Add it in Idli pan on low flame.
  5. Now burger is ready.
  6. Now cut the burger into two equal half.place the Aaloo Tikki on one part. Cover with another part in a pan add oil and seaseme seeds and put these burger and roast on the both sides.
  7. Your very delicious and Tasty Suji Burger is ready to serve.
